Trees, shrubs, grass and other plants are attacked by seasonal and occasional pests round the year. The pests include insects, mites, rodents, snakes, snails, slugs and disease causing organisms like bacteria, fungi, mycloplasma etc. The insects damage the plants by sap feeding, leaf eating, fruit and shoot boring, bark eating. Ants and mosquitoes are also present causing nuisance.
